What is the MPD?
Mobile Physician Directory (MPD) was designed around the need for clinicians to securely communicate without going through an cellular relay (i.e. SMS). Authentication is required to log in via Microsoft Active Directory. A web version is also avaialble for mobile nurse stations and RDS which resides behind a firewall. The solution was created using Flutter, Node.js, Azure, GraphQL, and integration links to the various hospital's EMR systems.
